The Marine Scalefish Fishery and its produce are an important part of South Australia’s cultural heritage and food identity.
Today there are over 50 scalefish species harvested professionally across South Australia. This diversity allows supply of sustainably sourced, fresh wild-caught fish to local markets year round.
